Rückerstattungsrichtlinie

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

2. Condition of Goods

Refrigerant gas cylinders must be returned unused, with intact factory seals (valves). For safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or partially used cylinders.

3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us at arsent.refrigerantegas@gmail.com to initiate a return.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days to the original payment method (Stripe or Bank Transfer).
