2. F-GAS Regulations

According to EU Regulation No 517/2014, the sale of fluorinated greenhouse gases (e.g., R134a, R404a) is restricted to enterprises or professionals holding a valid F-GAS certificate. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they possess the necessary authorizations.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are in Euro (€). We accept bank transfers and credit cards (processed securely via Stripe).

4. Shipping

Deliveries are handled by couriers (UPS, Bartolini) within 24-48 hours in Italy. EU delivery times may vary.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the company is registered.
